Julie and Kent Berryman
Along with a team of experienced brokers, Julie and Kent Berryman, have served the Kitsap Peninsula and surrounding areas since 2004. Together, they have 25+ years experience in real estate sales. They have helped hundreds of military members, locals, and out-of-staters move to the Pacific Northwest. They help find the right fit for both homes and land. Together, they have topped the charts, closing 23 million dollars in 2020, and have been Top Producers since 2008.
Julie has been a realtor for over 18 years and has sold over 600 properties. She has several 5 star reviews on Zillow, and is a winner of multiple local and state awards. As a former teacher for the Central Kitsap school district, Julie holds wonderful people skills, making her a pleasure to work with.
Julie's husband Kent is an expert land planner with 30+ years experience. This includes noteworthy master site planning for Suncadia Resort and other local projects, such as the Poulsbo Market Place. And with many land uses, including the Olympic College campus and Quadrant Home sites.

Timothy Trousdale
Tim was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. He has a lifetime of experiences in and around his communities to better help guide you through finding your dream home. Teamed with the vast resources of Keller Williams West Sound, he is able to get the newest and best information to you when you need it. He also specializes in state-to-state relocation and can help you through the stressful process of relocating to another state or coming back home from another state. Tim is also active in his local communities, donating time and money to help build resources for undeveloped neighborhoods. He also volunteers with a program to help find homes for dogs suffering from abuse and neglect.

Laurie Goffin
My name is Laurie Goffin and I reside here in Kitsap County with my husband and 2 grown sons. We relocated from the Bellevue-Redmond area in 1997. We are a boating family, we also enjoy beach walks, restaurants, cooking, enjoying friends and family time, especially with our new grandson.

Carrie Brown
Carrie is our paperwork gal. She ensures that all of our paperwork is filled out correctly and that we meet all our timelines. She reviews contracts and paperwork for accuracy, open's title & escrow, introduces and coordinates with all parties, and keeps all parties on track. She has managed over 200 files in the last few years. She is a licensed Real Estate Agent and very valuable to our team.

Meet Our Administrative Specialist
Rebekah Teeters
Rebekah is our administrative specialist. She helps make sure we stay in touch with all of our clients by setting them up for land and home auto searches. She also sends out important announcements and is in charge of our social media accounts.
